Day 1 – Arrival in Kuching | City Tour & Sunset Cruise (L/D)

Upon arrival at Kuching International Airport, meet and greet by our guide and transfer to your hotel in Kuching city centre after you try the famous Laksa Sarawak as a quick lunch in a local restaurant. After check-in and some time to relax, proceed for a quick city sightseeing followed by evening Sunset Cruise along the Sarawak River. Enjoy the gentle breeze and panoramic views of Kuching’s waterfront as the city changes from day to night. Depending on weather conditions, the cruise offers beautiful views of landmarks along the Sarawak River and is a relaxing introduction to Kuching.

After the cruise, proceed for dinner featuring local Sarawakian cuisine. After dinner, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 2 – Semenggoh Orangutans | Sarawak Cultural Village (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel at 7:45AM, depart from the hotel for Semenggoh Nature Reserve, located approximately 30–40 minutes from Kuching. Explore the wildlife centre with our guide and learn about the conservation and rehabilitation of orangutans in Sarawak. The orangutans live in a semi-wild environment, so sightings are naturally dependent on their behaviour and food availability. After the wildlife experience, continue towards the Santubong area for Sarawak Cultural Village often described as a “living museum”.

Upon arrival, get some time to take your photos for memories. Then proceed to Cultural Show at 11:30AM. After the show, enjoy your lunch at Damai Food Court followed by a beach sighting.

Then continue to Sarawak Cultural Village exploration. Discover the traditional lifestyles, architecture and cultures of Sarawak’s major ethnic communities, including the Iban, Bidayuh, Orang Ulu, Penan, Melanau, Malay and Chinese. Visitors can explore traditional houses, learn about local customs and crafts, and enjoy a cultural performance. After the tour, we will stop by at Buntal Esplanade for a quick session. Then head to hotel, freshen up and bring out for dinner. After dinner, you will return to your hotel estimated 8PM.

*Optional Evening Experience – Evening Wildlife Cruise

For guests interested in nature and wildlife, an optional wildlife cruise can be arranged at an additional fee. The cruise offers the opportunity to explore the waterways around the Santubong/Kuching Wetlands area and look for wildlife such as Dolphins, Proboscis Monkeys, Macaques, Crocodiles, Birds, Fireflies and other wetland species. Wildlife sightings are subject to weather, tide and natural conditions.

Dinner will be served on the boat during sunset. After firefly watching, you will return to your hotel estimated 8:30PM/9:00PM.

Day 3 – Kuching Landmarks | Local Shopping | Departure (B)

After breakfast, begin a Kuching city exploration. Explore the city’s historic and cultural highlights. Continue to local shopping, where you can purchase Sarawak souvenirs, handicrafts, local snacks and the famous Sarawak kek lapis.

Afterwards, we go back to hotel, freshen up. At the appropriate time, check-out from hotel and we transfer you to Kuching International Airport for your onward flight.
