TOUR ITINERARY

You will be picked up from your hotel at around 8:00 am for a scenic 40–50 minute drive to a boat club jetty near Kuching Wetlands. Upon arrival, you will embark on a charming river cruise and head toward the South China Sea, traveling along tranquil mangrove rivers while keeping a lookout for the elusive Irrawaddy dolphin, also known as the snubfin dolphin, near the mouth of the Santubong River.
The Santubong area is widely regarded as one of the best locations in Sarawak to spot Irrawaddy dolphins, which inhabit estuaries and shallow coastal waters. As the cruise continues, we navigate through winding wetlands waterways and estuaries, offering opportunities to observe the rich wildlife that thrives in this lush ecosystem. Sightings may include a variety of bird species and the iconic proboscis monkey, often seen along the mangrove fringes.
After this memorable exploration of the wetlands and coastal environment, we return to the boat club and begin the journey back to Kuching, bringing the experience to a close after a morning filled with unforgettable encounters with Sarawak’s remarkable wildlife and natural beauty.

We offer a pick-up service from selected points/hotels around the city centre. If your location is not around the waterfront area, you may request for a special pickup service and it is subject to availability. Please Email/WhatsApp to us for this inquiry.

📌 Land transfer will be SIC even though you choose a private boat (unless prior request and confirmation)
Notes:
- We do no guarantee any wildlife watching as they are in the wild.
- Travellers must comply with weather conditions and SFC’s regulations.
- Bring Mosquito repellant, Sun cream if you need.
- Carry a poncho and a full sleeve for night time.
- Please get ready before the pickup time. As it is a group tour, we request our guests to standby before our driver arrives.

Weather was not so good. But lucky to see crocodile, eagle and proboscis monkey

Saw crocodile, mudskipper, proboscis and macaque. But Too hot in the morning. Evening would be better.

This tour is good. But I think it’s better to take their private mangrove tour.
