TOUR ITINERARY
Duration 2 Days | Difficulty Level : Moderate
Day 1: Bengoh Dam – Susung Waterfall – Kampung Sting (L/D)
At approximately 9:00 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Padawan, about one hour’s drive from Kuching. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Begin your adventure with a 20-minute boat ride across Bengoh Dam, enjoying the tranquil waters and scenic rainforest backdrop.
Continue with a guided rainforest hike leading to the beautiful Susung Waterfall. Along the way, don’t miss the chance to photograph the unique cradle-shaped tree roots, an iconic feature of the area often referred to as the “Jurassic of Sarawak.” After enjoying the waterfall, return to the boat area where lunch will be served by the lakeside.
After lunch, continue your journey by boat to Kampung Sting. Upon arrival at the village jetty, enjoy a 20–30 minute hike to reach the village and check in to your traditional homestay. Take time to freshen up, relax, and enjoy the peaceful views from the homestay.
In the evening, head to the mountaintop to witness a stunning sunset over the surrounding rainforest. Dinner will be served shortly afterward. The night is free for relaxation and soaking in the calm village atmosphere.
Day 2: Kampung Sting – Bengoh – Kuching (B)
Wake up to the natural sounds of roosters and birdsong. Freshen up and enjoy breakfast at the homestay. You will then have about an hour of free time to relax at the homestay, enjoy the mountain views, or explore the small village.
At 9:00 AM, check out from the homestay and bid farewell to Kampung Sting. Enjoy one last scenic boat ride back to Bengoh, taking in the peaceful surroundings before returning to the city.
Our driver will meet you at the jetty and transfer you back to Kuching, arriving at approximately 11:00 AM, concluding a truly unforgettable journey filled with natural beauty and serene landscapes.

After the tour once we reach our homestay it started raining so we couldn’t see sunset. however, our homestay was top of mointain and the view in the rain was just outstanding.
