You will be picked up from your hotel between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., followed by a scenic 40-minute drive to the beautiful Semenggoh Nature Reserve. Semenggoh is a well-known orangutan rehabilitation center that cares for orphaned and rescued orangutans, gradually preparing them for life in the wild. More than 20 orangutans roam freely within the reserve and often return to the feeding platform during feeding times.

You may witness orangutans emerging from the surrounding forest canopy and making their way to the feeding area, which is set within a natural amphitheater, allowing for excellent viewing opportunities.
