TOUR ITINERARY

You will be picked up from your hotel lobby in Kuching at 8:00 AM for a scenic one-hour drive through the beautiful Sarawak countryside.
Upon arrival at the Annah Rais Bidayuh Longhouse, home to more than 80 families, you will be warmly welcomed by the local community. Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, you will explore this traditional Bidayuh village and learn about the fascinating culture of the Land Dayaks, who were once known as headhunters.
During the visit, you will discover the unique architectural and cultural features of the longhouse. Your guide will explain the Bidayuh community’s traditional farming lifestyle and their distinctive use of natural materials, particularly bamboo, in daily life.
You will then enjoy a freshly prepared traditional meal served on the sanju (patio) of the longhouse. The highlight of your lunch is Bidayuh special cuisine consists of chicken. accompanied by wild jungle vegetables and local fruit. This authentic Sarawak ethnic lunch, prepared by the locals, offers a truly memorable cultural experience.
After the tour, which concludes around 12:30 PM, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Kuching.

PICK-UP LOCATION:
We offer a pick-up service from selected points/hotels around the city centre. If your location is not around the waterfront area, you may request for a special pickup service and it is subject to availability. Please Email/WhatsApp to us for this inquiry.
Remarks:
- Please get ready before the pickup time. As it is a group tour, we request our guests to standby before our driver arrives.
- We do not take any responsibility in the event of animal attacks, leeches, self-injury etc.
- Carry a poncho and a full sleeve for night time.
The lunch is prepared by the villagers and prior to our arrival. Please inform us if you have any food restrictions at least 24 hours before the tour date.
